I ordered a mirror from prismmirrors.com.au and was sorta nervous I’d picked the wrong size or missed something, but it all matched what I ordered.

The shape, colour, and measurements were right, and there weren’t any mix-ups or missing pieces. Even the mounting bits were exactly what I was expecting.
Overall, I’m happy with it. It’s sorta a relief when you order something online and it arrives just the way you wanted.

The mirror itself looked good, so I was happy at first. But once I ran into an issue, getting it sorted was way more hassle than I expected. The replies were slow, and I didn’t really feel like anyone properly helped me. It’s a shame because the product wasn’t bad, but the customer service would make me think twice about ordering again

I had an issue with my mirror after a few months, so I reached out about the warranty. I’ll be honest, I was annoyed with how long it took to hear back because I really didn’t want to keep chasing them. It wasn’t the smoothest process for me, but they did end up sorting it out and honouring the warranty, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish they’d been quicker with updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on

I was looking through Prism Mirrors and the product photos didn’t give me enough to go on. A few angles were a bit unclear, and I couldn’t really tell what the finish or edges looked like up close. With mirrors, I want to see proper close-ups and maybe a few photos in an actual room, not just polished-looking shots. I’m the type who checks the order emails and receipts carefully too, so I like feeling sure before I buy. The photos just didn’t give me that confidence to place an order...

The mirror did show up in the end, but the tracking was frustrating. It barely updated the whole time, so I wasn’t sure if it had shipped or where it was. Glad it arrived, but the delivery updates could definitely be better...

The courier kept pushing the delivery back, which was already annoying, and then when the mirror finally showed up it was chipped. Now I’ve got to deal with taking photos, contacting support, and sorting out a replacement or refund. Really not happy with the whole thing

I ordered a mirror from prismmirrors.com.au the install was straightforward. The brackets lined up fine and the instructions were clear enough, even for someone like me who doesn’t do a lot of DIY and gets impatient quickly when things start dragging on.
The only bit that tested me was measuring everything to get it level, which took longer than I wanted it to. Once that was finally sorted, it went up on the wall easily and looks really good now. I’d give it 5 stars if the screws were labelled a bit better.

I ordered this based on the measurements listed, but, let me start over, the size I received just didn’t match what I expected at all. It was way off, so it didn’t work for me.

It looks great and showed up really quickly. No damage, no delay, none of those annoying but totally preventable issues. Overall, I’m really happy with it
